Land at East Anton is located to the east of Andover, within the Test Valley Borough Council area. Taylor Wimpey are successfully building out their existing development at Augusta Park and through the Local Plan Review process, Blue Fox Planning is promoting additional land capable of accommodating in the order of 1,500 new homes and supporting infrastructure.

Through the Local Plan Review Blue Fox Planning are working closely with the client and project team to demonstrate that this site provides a sustainable and deliverable site option that will support the role an function of Andover as the main settlement within the district.

This site is well placed to utilise existing infrastructure delivered by the Taylor Wimpey development at Augusta Park, as well as supporting provisions for new education facilitates, sports and recreation and significant areas of open space.
